Everyone was very nice, professional, expeditious, and competent. The hygenist (who does most of the work), Bhing, was in particular excellent: deft, precise, and soothing. I really noticed she doesn't miss her strokes, she never hit my gums or caused me pain or bleeding even while cleaning away very heavy stains and tartar. She changes positions frequently so that I never felt uncomfortable or had to open my mouth in contortion. I was very pleased with the execution and result of the cleaning. This is a good practice. They take Medicaid. It was easy to book an appointment not so far in advance. Sign in paperwork is digital web-based. Drivers: be careful at this intersection because the stoplight is at a hill.

The staff are phenomenal! Dr Z is awesome….so caring and kind he took very good care of my dental needs and made sure it was done with empathy and professionalism. His team provided excellent care behind him making sure he was assisted and set up with everything he could need. The front desk staff made me feel like family as soon as I walked in…with billing it was easy and affordable even working with me on payments that worked for me .i loved how Patience and kindness were definitely shown during my visit . I can’t thank the team enough for the support and help today ! You guys are amazing and I’m very grateful!

I booked an emergency appointment here because my previous dentist said I would eventually need a root canal and I was in severe pain. They called to confirm and said same-day treatment wasn’t guaranteed, which was fine. Once in the back, they did a 360 X-ray and confirmed I needed a root canal. But despite me saying multiple times I was in severe pain, they refused to treat it today. Their only advice was to go home and keep taking over-the-counter medicine. They didn't offer any treatment or care for pain management until I could come back. At the front desk, they asked how my visit was. I was honest and said I wasn't happy paying for an emergency visit when absolutely nothing was done to help me. The receptionist just repeated that same-day care isn't guaranteed. I said, "That's fine. Give me my bill. I'm not coming back." Instead of handing me the bill, she got the manager. He came out and tried to lecture me. I told him twice I didn't want a conversation, just wanted my bill, and wouldn't be back. He literally snapped, "I can talk if I want to." I told them to mail the bill and walked out. I immediately went to a new dentist who was shocked they didn't even offer basic pain ma

Overall, I had a good experience at this dental office. The clinic was clean, the dentist was professional, and the treatment went well. However, I felt that some of the staff could have been more friendly and helpful during my visit. With a more welcoming and attentive customer service experience, this would easily be a 5-star office. I appreciate the care I received and hope to see continued improvement.

VERY NICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL,they took the time to explain the procedures that needed to be done and listen to everything I had questions about etc The Dr. & His assistant are very good and professional and I Highly recommend them to everyone and anyone else that needs dental work done you won't be disappointed that you went there as well too. The front Desk assistance are very friendly and makes you feel like you're a part of the family WHOOP! WHOOP! 5 STARS 🤩!
